Building a Shared Direction at Duraco
Building a Shared Direction at Duraco
Duraco team recently joined colleagues from across the Taylor Smith Manufacturing Cluster for a management workshop centred on an important question: how can we turn our shared ambitions into coordinated action?
Stepping away from daily operations allowed participants to consider the wider direction of the business. Through focused discussions, they reflected on current strengths, areas for improvement, and the opportunities and challenges ahead. These exchanges helped shape clearer objectives and a stronger understanding of how different teams can contribute to them.
Providing dependable water-storage and wastewater-management solutions requires close coordination across manufacturing, quality, sales, logistics, and customer service. When teams share the same priorities, they can make more informed decisions, communicate effectively, and respond to customers with greater consistency.
Building Connections in Nature
The workshop also included a walk in nature, creating a valuable opportunity for professional team building.
In a more relaxed setting, participants connected beyond their usual roles, shared ideas, and listened to different perspectives. These moments encouraged open conversations and strengthened the professional relationships that support effective collaboration.
Turning Objectives into Action
Clear objectives provide direction, but progress depends on consistent action, accountability, and teamwork.
By strengthening both strategic clarity and working relationships, Duraco continues to build a more connected and aligned team—ready to improve, adapt, and move forward with purpose.
